GOOGLE DRIVE
In a very simplistic view, there are actually 2 main parts to Google Drive.
1) online storage (like a USB/Thumb drive) in Google Drive 2) Document creation, which includes apps such as Document (Word/Pages), Slides (PowerPoint/Keynote), Sheets (Excel/Numbers), Forms and Drawing. They can be accessed when clicking the CREATE button when in your Google Drive. |

The best part of Google Drive is that you can share your files with almost anyone and you can allow them to just view, comment on or edit in real time the document you created.
